Still not sure about your brand voice? Maybe you’re pretty clear about it but need it in writing. I create brand voice guidelines detailing your brand positioning, ideal customer personas, tone, terminology, grammar guidelines, and more to ensure every piece of content you put out – written by me or not! – is thoroughly in line with your newly honed voice.


PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Freelancing demands proficient project management (PM). And being involved with so many different teams means I’ve had a lot of experience in a lot of different PM styles – so I have a lot of opinions. 

Whether you have an existing workflow that needs some tinkering or need something built from the ground up, I’m ready to jump in and make things smooth. (Yes, that can include things as tricky as getting the rest of the existing team on board with new processes.)

MY Process

Kick-off

I iove getting my hands dirty with all the details. Whether we’re starting with a brief or building the outline together, kick-offs are the best way to ensure total alignment. If we’re working together for a while, these will likely fade. But they’re also a great opportunity to get to know each other’s working styles and develop rapport – something I find invaluable in long-term client relationships.

Research & Outline

Brief in hand, I take off running with research. Whether it’s finding primary sources for data-backed pieces or searching for comps for creative projects, I like to have clear stats and samples ready to go before launching into writing.

Write (& Edit)

And we’re off! Fingers are flying as the brief comes to life in a beautiful new form. Depending on the scope, this could take a few days to some weeks.

Then the crucial step: walking away. I like to take a pause and come back with fresh eyes for the final edit.

Ship

It’s back in your hands for review. Long-form content gets one round of review. Creative projects often come with more iterations. We’ll determine reviews and approval at the start to ensure a smooth process.


“What’s your niche?”

With an ACE Personal Trainer certification, hundreds of yoga training hours, and countless time spent in gyms, bouldering halls, and trails under my belt, you might call me a fitness fanatic. That’s why I’ve worked with leading health and wellness brands from the jump, including Crossfit coach training, fitness apps, dietitian services, and more. 

But I also grew up with a mom who talked about carbon footprints before the rest of the world did, so I’m comfortable in sustainability. My interest in health led me to a years-long collaboration with a medical probiotic company, so I know how to work with scientific studies and regulatory guidelines. And I worked as an embedded team member for a leading employee recognition software company for years, giving me plenty of HR and B2B tech experience. B2B software has been the bulk of my work since 2024.

I’ve got specific interests, but my abilities run the gamut. Time and again I am drawn to purpose-driven brands run by people who want to bring a little more good into the world.
